Despite my best efforts with traditional medicine and various diets, relief remained elusive.

My turning point came when I discovered the GAPS diet, a transformative approach that restored my health and deepened my understanding of nourishment. The journey wasn’t easy, but it was life-changing. As my health improved, I found solace and joy in a new passion: sourdough baking.
